We started Helix Human Potential with a simple belief: every person is capable of more than they realize.
As coaches, we've spent years helping individuals build strength, improve health, improve their confidence, and create sustainable habits. Along the way, we've seen that lasting transformation comes from understanding yourself, trusting the process, and taking consistent action over time.
At Helix, we blend science, strategy, and human connection to help our clients unlock new levels of confidence, capability, and performance. Whether your goal is fat loss, strength, longevity, or simply feeling better in your own skin, we're here to help you build a stronger foundation for the life you want to live.
Human Potential Is Our Passion
Alex Wilson
Alex is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, OFNC Certified Fitness & Nutrition Coach, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health. Over the past five years, she has helped clients build strength, develop a healthier relationship with health and fitness, and create habits that support their long-term goals. Her coaching combines evidence-based training and nutrition principles with a practical, individualized approach to help clients achieve sustainable results. She believes that fitness should fit into your life, not become your life. Her coaching focuses on creating routines, building confidence, and helping clients make progress without relying on extremes or an all-or-nothing mindset.
When she's not coaching, Alex is usually bouncing between creative projects. She co-owns a photography business with Heidi, spends far too much time reading romantasy novels and has an ever-growing collection of plants she insists she can keep alive. Whether it's fitness, photography, or starting a new project, she loves learning new skills and helping others build confidence along the way.
Heidi Boozer
Heidi brings over 14 years of coaching experience to her work, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Fitness, and Nutrition, and a background in board-certified Health Coaching. Her coaching blends science-backed strategies with a realistic approach to lasting health and fitness.
Having navigated her own struggles with body image, self-confidence, and disordered eating, Heidi understands that health is about much more than numbers and workouts. Through education, therapy, and years of personal growth, she developed a deeper understanding of how fitness and nutrition impact the body and mind. That perspective continues to shape her coaching today. She believes the best results come from working with your body, rather than against it.
Outside of coaching, you'll usually find Heidi soaking up the Arizona sunshine, tackling a DIY project, or spending time with her furbabies. She also co-owns a photography business with Alex, combining her love of creativity with her passion for helping people feel confident in front of the camera. Whether she's coaching, creating, or building something new, Heidi is driven by a love of learning, and helping others discover what they're capable of.
